I practice Adaptive Coaching, a responsive and dynamic approach tailored to the unique needs, abilities, and aspirations of each leader. My style is fluid and grounded in trust. Each session is sculpted to the coachee’s preferences, whether they seek active listening, insightful feedback, generative questions, or mentorship. By balancing flexibility with focus, I help leaders get results and achieve their goals.
