    Shandell has deep experience in executive coaching, learning and development, organizational effectiveness and communications.  She has worked in leadership roles in learning and development, talent performance, and communications at Gap Inc., Design Within Reach, Restoration Hardware, St. Joseph Health/Providence Health, Unify Consulting, and is Founder and CEO of Sosna Consulting.  Certifications include: Executive Coaching, Storytelling, Conflict Resolution/Mediation, Lean Greenbelt, and Crucial Conversations. The breadth and depth of Shandell’s experience is matched only by her love of belly laughs.

    Jessica brings a unique blend of strategic insight, creativity, and technological expertise to her work in learning design, delivery, and change management. She has held leadership roles in Learning and Development at Unify Consulting, Organizational Effectiveness at Microsoft, and Project Management at JJB DC Inc. Certified in the Neuroscience of Business, Prosci Change Management, and as a Scrum Master, Jessica’s approach is both innovative and process-driven. With a degree in music composition and a teaching certificate from Walden University, her creativity knows no bounds.

    EXPERT

    With over 25 years of HR leadership experience and a Master of Health Administration from the University of Southern California, Robert brings extensive expertise to the table. Certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, he has held key roles at Quest Diagnostics, Hospital Corporation of America, and St. Joseph Health. Most recently, Robert served for seven years as the SVP and CHRO at Sonrava Health, overseeing HR operations for 580 dental clinics across 21 states and an insurance company licensed in 26 states. Throughout his career, he has built and led high-performing HR teams, supported long-term career growth for employees, and successfully aligned HR strategies with organizational goals.
